Sarah Gibbons lives and writes in London. She was longlisted in the 2023 National Poetry Competition, her poetry and short fiction have been widely published. She is the co-editor and co-funder of the poetry journal, Black Iris, and an associate of Poetry Works.
The Alastair Reid Pamphlet Prize was established by Wigtown Festival Company in 2019 to commemorate the local poet who was one of Scotland's foremost literary figures, renowned for poetry, prose and translation.
